Library Rules:

1. Every Student entering the library must have valid college identity Card.


2. Every Student has, to produce college Identity Card and library Borrowers card book issue-return card within 15 days from the date of admission.


3. The documents needed for college Identity Card and library book issue- return card are as follows:
   1. Admission slip.
   2. Two passport size photos.


4. If the original Identify card is lost, duplicate will be issued on payment of Rs.50/-each.


5. Every student must follow the instructions given on the notice board, college identity card and borrower’s card.


6. Reference material will not be issued outside the library.


7. Student must return the book within 10 days from date of issuing.


8. Delay in returning the book will make student liable to fine of Rs.1.00 per day.


9. Renewal of any book will depend on its demand.


10. Any attempt to damage book or cutting out any matter or picture from the books or defecting or tearing the pages will be treated as miss conduct and defaulters will be punished accordingly by librarian.


11. In case of loss of book, the current price of said book will be recovered.


12. Material issued inside the reading room will not be allowed to take outside the student.


13. Every student has to switch off his/her mobile in library premises.


14. Don’t cut any matter from newspaper or journals.


15. All students must come within line at circulation counter.


16. Silence must be observed in the library.
